This space is a testament to my explorations and how they've helped me enjoy a life of auto-immune remission after over 20 years living with a diagnosis. Here I share my journey of holistic well-being, from my education in Chinese medicine to the practice Contact Improvisation dance and holistic nutrition.

I'm particularly fascinated by 養生.

Yangsheng, which translates literally as "the art of nourishing life", (en français je dirais l'art de vivre). 養生 refers to various self-cultivation practices aimed at enhancing health and longevity. 

My daily practice falls into this category, and is the way in which I maintain my auto-immune remission, a subject that I approach from the lens of living experience, with the same holistic mindset. 

Auto-immune conditions often arise from complex interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. By studying remission, I aim to understand how holistic practices can not only alleviate symptoms but possibly reverse these conditions altogether. Yangsheng can be therapeutic tools for mental resilience, how mindfulness cultivates a balanced emotional landscape, and how nutrition contributes to overall vitality.
